Momo Ani

Sometimes I just wish I spoke Japanese, so I could find out more about events like MOMO ANI meets Brockmann. Good thing that there is such a thing as J-List. A very helpful site, though even the PG section of the site seems to show plenty of plastic skin. Hmm. At least they have Jiji from Kiki’s delivery service and Neko, the cat bus from Totoro as soft pencil cases. Maybe as a present for the holidays?

doobutsuen ikimashoo ka? shall we go to the zoo?

this is all i remember now from five years of japanese classes :)

You should talk to Renee. She speaks fluent Japanese and was an exchange student in Tokyo in high school. I like to use her for translating anime.

So dessu ka? I would really like to go to Japan some day. And it is really not because of the products on Jlist. I just really like some of the ideas so deeply embedded in Japanese culture. Oh well. Will need to write a little more about what I think is Japan. I am sure it will be quite cute for all of you who know more about it.

i just love how babelfish scrambles the language, instead if translating it. or is the brookman page so meaningless?
