Woke up at 6am, because of a dream that the light was back on. It was not. About an hour later, the Dunkin Donuts sign across Broadway was showing off its "open24hours" again. There were four policemen in front of the shop, tapping each other on the backs.
Looks like things are almost back in order.
My cable connection is not working yet. (And yes, the local TV station appears to be still down.)...
Let's hope everybody else is okay as well...
fine, power & internet is back, but the subway? i guess i just take it as an unplanned vacation day...

sniff, sorry... just really tired, although it's very interesting to read it through your eyes. I didn't have a bad night, in fact I had an incredible night, first I was rescued by my ex internship, and had a nice dinner with them, then as people began to get drunk and I started to feel uncomfortable, a few acquiantance offered their places or offered to walk me to the station... and then I bumped into someone I had not seen for a long time, and the incredible thing is I knew I was going to bump into him, I didn't know why or how but I knew I would and I did, so we spent the night walking up and down the street making films.....
