The weather is cool and beautiful today in New York City and had I slept more than the pathetic 3 hours of last night, I might be able to describe it better and with more appropriate words.
For now, believe me, it is stunning. If my stomach will finally quiet down, I will go out there and take a better look at what wonders are going on today.
i think the best times of the year come when the temperature is cool. the leaves fall and you get a chance to observe them more closely. the trees seem to shed their coats just as we put ours on.

I asked them what they have found out, and their answer surprised me. Younger than I had imagined. The tree at the skating rink is pretty wholesome this year, very chubby in the middle. A group of SVA students were in St.Patricks sketching away. All this after night fall.
